1. No Purchase Necessary. From 12:01 am (ET) on January 1, 2006 through 11:59 pm (ET) March 31, 2007, there are two (2) ways to enter the contest: 1. Visit Recipes
Plus website at www.recipesplus.ca, click on the contest icon and complete
the on-line Entry Form, including
one (1) 10-digit UPC number found under the UPC symbol (|||||||||)
from any participating product (listed in Rule 2 below). Select
the submit icon and your entry will be automatically entered. Only one (1) email address may be used by any person to participate in the contest. Limit
one (1) on-line entry per week, per person.
2. On a plain piece of paper hand-print your full name, complete address,
daytime telephone number, email address (if applicable) and include
one (1) UPC symbol (|||||||||) from any participating product (listed
in Rule 2 below) (or reasonable hand-drawn facsimile of a UPC symbol,
not mechanically reproduced) and mail to: 2006 Recipes Plus Sweepstakes,
Dept. 928, P.O. Box 1275, Port Credit CSC, Mississauga, ON, L5G 4T4.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per week, per person or household. Each
mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope, bearing sufficient
postage. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM (ET) on
March 31, 2007 (the “Contest Closing Date”).
2. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS: The participating products consists of any of the following Sharwood's products: Sharwoods Sauces; Sharwoods Chutney's;
Sharwoods Nan Bread Mix; Sharwoods Curry Pastes; Sharwoods Curry Powders; and Sharwoods Tandori Spice mixes.
3. PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize available to be won constisting of $10,000.00 CDN.
4. A random draw will be held on April 14, 2007 at 10:00 am ET
in Mississauga, ON from among all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.
5. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides.
6. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question.
